Cancellations and Refunds
Multigo Provider Unavailability:
You can cancel any reservation free of charge until the provider accepts it. To cancel, open the Multigo customer app, go to your reservation details, and tap "Cancel Reservation." If you cancel before the provider accepts your reservation, you will receive a full refund of the service cost (for pre-booked services).
Provider Cannot Attend:
In the rare event that a Multigo provider cannot show up for your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, they may decline your service.
Reschedule Your Appointment: We will work with you to find a new time that suits your needs.
Cancel Your Reservation and Receive a Full Refund: No cancellation fee will be applied (if the service was pre-booked).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the user's wallet if the service was pre-booked.
The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:
You cancel your reservation after the provider has accepted it.
You are not satisfied with the quality of the work, but the Multigo provider completed the service as described in the app.
You experience minor inconveniences or delays during the service.
You request changes to the scope of service after the provider has arrived, which may result in additional charges.

Important Notes
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made through the Multigo App or website.
Multigo reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of this policy will be available on the Multigo website and mobile app.
By using the Multigo mobile app, you agree to be bound by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
